Join us for a professional development event designed to help you support children during the COVID-19 pandemic. Thanks to funding provided by the Maryland State Department of Education, the registration fee for this event is only $5.
This professional development series consists of one 3-hour training session, and two 1-hour follow up technical assistance sessions. The series is designed to encourage in-depth learning that supports each participant’s ability to implement strategies and techniques that support the children in their care. In order to receive a certificate of completion for core of knowledge hours, providers must attend the entire series, including both technical assistance sessions.
Building Your Resilience – Participants will learn how to improve resilience in their personal and professional lives. By improving resilience factors, they will be able to better cope with or recover from change, loss, adversity, and mistakes.
