The past two years have required an overwhelming amount of energy and dedication from education professionals. This FREE, adults-only, event is presented by Abilities Network Project ACT with support from MSDE in appreciation of all that you do! Come spend a rejuvenating day with us. Relax and discover how to use mindfulness to support your health and well-being inside and outside of your classroom. During this retreat you will have the opportunity to practice and learn the power of self-care through fitness, meditation, art and more. Lunch is included! Register early, spaces are limited! There is a limit of one registration per person.
