Class 1:

Building Strong Teams Through Understanding Personality Types

Date/Time: 3/12/19 6:30pm-9:30pm 

This training explores the 17 essential qualities of team player, the top 11 reasons why there is a breakdown in teamwork, and then explores the different personalities that make up a team through the lens of Psychogeometrics.  Your team will gain new insights into how each team member is “shaped” and this shape causes them to process information and respond to situations in a certain way. Rather than the complicated labels of other personality assessments, Psychogeometrics uses 5 basic shapes to help staff understand each other’s unique personalities and how to best approach and interact with other for team cohesiveness.

The ABCs of  XYZ:  Communication Across Generations

Date/Time: 4/9/19 6:30pm-8:30pm 

In this training, participants will explore generational groups and learn that each group has its own distinct characteristics, values and attitudes toward work. Participants will learn the fundamental differences between the generations and which communication methods work best with each. Attendees will gain research-based guidance about communication approaches that can bridge the generation gaps.  Through engaging activities and discussion, participants will learn how to effectively communicate with the different generations and styles of parents.

Class 3:

Building Your Resilience

Date/Time: 5/14/19 6:30pm-9:30pm

In this workshop participants will learn how to improve resilience in their personal and professional lives. By improving resilience factors, they will be able to better cope with or recover from change, loss, adversity, and mistakes, as well as have the skills to bounce back from adverse situations.
