Supporting Culturally Diverse Families

Cultural diversity enriches child care programs. At the same time, it challenges caregivers to provide culturally sensitive care to each child and family served. In this workshop, participants will consider the ways in which they can support culturally diverse families within the child care setting and identify some of the cultural differences they experience on a day to day basis.

Core of Knowledge Area: Community- 1 Hour, Professionalism- 1 Hour (Level: Beginner)
